Situation

A hillside home in Kagel Canyon had water damage repair conditions that required exterior wall access and reconstruction planning. The approved photos show wall openings, exposed framing, stucco and material removal, lower framing damage documentation, and access around a sloped property. This is a useful proof set for complex exterior repair, even though it is outside Pacific Aqua Restoration's primary Westside target cities.

Work performed

  • Opened exterior wall sections to review affected framing and wall conditions.
  • Documented damaged materials, exposed assemblies, and plumbing or wall-access areas.
  • Worked around hillside access constraints while preparing exterior repair areas.
  • Moved the project into reconstruction planning after the affected wall areas were exposed.

Outcome

The project shows Pacific Aqua Restoration's general contractor and reconstruction capability on a more complex hillside property, while the public story avoids exact address details and does not overstate the unconfirmed source of the water damage.
